I share Daily forecasts for Astrology & Horoscopes, as well as daily affirmations to work on in your own personal lives, as the very art of practicing Spoken Word as a form of verbal affirmative therapy (broken record; boundaries) due to trauma and chronic imbalances.
Also I aim to introduce you to how I am currently healing *my* body from the inside out with medication and daily care routines of coping strategies learned through CBT(Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) as well as DBT(Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) which both have to do with any underlying Patterns of chronic Anxiety, Depression, Fatigue, and many more symptoms that most often go unnoticed or deemed as "permissible" and "normal" (?!?) by society at large.
I only aim to share what I myself have learned from all of my own trial and error in my Mental Health struggles, as well as being born with a "disability" that had me fighting from day one, but eventually came to embrace all parts of me, the big loud woman that I can very often be; I love to laugh at myself what can i say, and sing out loud with no shame in my game, dance like noone is watching, because who really is, and i absolutely LOVE to be cuddled!
